government funding

We are registered with Hertfordshire County Council to offer free funding for children, which starts the term after their 3rd birthday.   This consists of 15 hours free per week for 38 weeks of the year.  We are open 39 weeks of the year.  If your child attends the pre-school for the additional week normal fees apply (see price list below) same for 30 hours free funding.

*15 minute pick-up window to help with school finishing times.

We are open term time and flexible in the school holidays. Children are welcome to attend the above session morning and/or afternoon. We advise a minimum of 2 - 3 sessions a week. This is for the child's benefit so they gain full potential from the environment.
Lunch Club - child brings own packed lunch. Optional fees are for contribution to healthy snack and materials for free funded children.
Early/After School Club is for CLB, Letchmore Infants and Nursery School drop offs and additional care for all.
Term fees are to be paid half termly in advance (invoiced in school holidays).

Additional Fees:
New starter registration fee:  £145.00 (NON REFUNDABLE). This covers the costs of admin throughout the year and includes CLB polo shirt and book bag.
All uniform is to be paid for in advance.
Late collection fee:  £5.00 per 15 minutes late (please see our non-collection of children policy).
Late payment fee:  £25.00 (Non Refundable), if payment is not received within 3 days of your invoice due date.
Waiting list fee:  £25.00 (Non Refundable), This fee will be deducted off the registration fee when a place is offered.

Notice of Withdrawal / Session changes:
A Full Term notice is required in writing before session changes or withdrawing your child from the school. A full term's fees will be payable in the absence of such notice.
